Candidate for Virginia’s new 19th District, House of Delegates

As I prepare to announce my candidacy for the Virginia House of Delegates to represent the new 19th District, I am seeking early investors from my Village. These donations will help send me off on this journey equipped with the resources necessary for a strong start. With the various multi-media products—such as my official campaign website and launch video—I have set a goal to raise $5,000 by Valentine’s Day.

Although my faith played a major role in my decision to run and to serve the people of the new 19th House District (HD-19), most of you are already aware of how advocacy is part of my purpose. I have served my community as a fierce education equity advocate since 2019.

Most recently, I drafted my first bill (HB 1351, which Delegates Clark, Kory, Graves, and King have graciously patroned) to protect victims of domestic violence. After spending my entire holiday season promoting the petition and lobbying legislators to consider bringing my bill to the floor, I realized the full scope of my advocacy passions extended far beyond just education.

HD-19, itself, is a hybrid of both Fairfax and Prince William Counties…just like me. I have the requisite levels of experience and empathy to serve as the most effective representative for this district.

However, I cannot travel this journey alone.

Whatever the amount, I will be ever so grateful for the show of support, encouragement, and uplift. And to you...I commit to being an integrity-driven fighter for my community who isn’t afraid of good trouble.
